The Poland Township Road Department is readily available to any Poland Township resident who has questions or problems with any provided services.
A crew of a Working Supervisor, an Assistant, Working Supervisor and two employees handle all maintenance, which includes, but is not limited to, sweeping of streets twice a year, drainage (within right of ways), signage, patching, berm repairs (grading, mowing, guard rails), Township facilities, (3 buildings), inspections of contracted services (paving etc.) and winter snow and ice control.
The department is also responsible for maintaining the two township cemeteries, Poland Center Cemetery and Lowellville Cemetery.
