3                                          MR. BURGHAM:  Are we ready to make a motion in this case?

5                                          MR. GROVER:    Yeah, I'll make a motion.

6                                          MR. SCIULLI:     Second the motion.

7                                          MR. GROVER:    I haven't even made it yet.

8                                          MR. SCIULLI:     I'm sorry.  I'm new on the Board, guys.

10                                           MR. GROVER:     Let me see.  In the Case No. ZA-01-16, is that the correct number?

12                                          MR. BURGHAM:   Yeah, ZA-01-16, yes.

13                                          MR. GROVER:     Okay.

14                                          MR. BURGHAM:   Yeah, that's what's on there, so we'll go by what's on there.

16                                          MR. GROVER:     All right.  Case ZA-01-16,   I make a motion that the variance be denied due to the

18      fact that it does not meet the density requirement, and this Board is not authorized to grant a variance with

20      regard to density provisions.

21                                          MR. BURGHAM:   Okay, would you read that back to the Board, please?

24                                          MR. BURGHAM:    Is there a second to that motion?

2                                         MR .JOHNSTON:   I'll second that.

3                                          MR. MONUS:     There's a motion on the floor in Case ZA-O1-16.  Roll call vote.  Mr. Grover?

5                                          MR. GROVER:    Yes.

6                                          MR. MONUS:      Mr. Johnston?

7                                          MR. JOHNSTON:  Yes.

8                                          MR. MONUS:       Mr. Burgham?

9                                          MR. BURGHAM:   Yes.

10                                          MR. MONUS:        Mr. Sciulli?

11                                          MR. SCIULLI:       No.
